What this site is
An independent publisher and referral service covering compressed air systems in Australia. We are not an engineering practice, we are not a licensed inspection body, and we do not sell equipment.
Everything published here is general information. It is not engineering, safety, or professional advice. Our Disclaimer sets that out in full and forms part of these terms.
Our calculators
The calculators on this site give indicative estimates from the numbers you type in and the assumptions stated on the page. They cannot see your duty cycle, your ambient conditions, your existing plant or your electricity tariff. Do not make a purchasing or capital decision on a calculator result alone.
Enquiries and referrals
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and it does not oblige us to find you a provider.
If we introduce you to a provider, any contract you then enter is between you and that provider. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee their work, their pricing or their availability, and we are not responsible for what they do.
We may be paid a fee or a commission by a provider you engage through us. It is disclosed at How we are paid and it is never added to your price.
Our content
The text, tables, calculators, page structure and original graphics on this site belong to Compressed Air Solutions and are protected by copyright. You may read them, print them and quote short extracts with a link back.
You may not republish a page in substance, scrape the site, or feed it into a product without our written permission.
Some of our graphics are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Where that applies, it is stated on the page carrying the graphic and the attribution wording is given there. That licence covers only the asset it appears with, and nothing else on this site.
Standards published by Standards Australia, ISO and others are not ours. Where we quote or summarise them, that is our summary. It is not the standard, and it does not give you a licence to the standard.

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
